Where are you located?

 

I am located in Jakarta, Indonesia, but currently, I am not open to the public as I operate from a private residence. If you would like to see my products in person, you can visit my stockists at Escalier in Bali, From Where I Stand in Ubud.

 

Are you open for classes or workshops?

 

Not at the moment. I am currently focusing on production and product exploration.

 

The item I want is sold out. Will you be making more?

 

I cannot guarantee that a sold-out item will be restocked, but please feel free to email me to inquire about future pre-orders or restocks.

 

How do I care for my ceramics?

 

Please hand wash your ceramics, as it is more gentle than using a dishwasher. A dishwasher can permanently damage glazes and cause discoloration. I also don't recommend subjecting your items to quick temperature changes (e.g., pouring hot liquid into a cold mug) as this can cause the bottom to crack and fall out. All mugs, bowls, and plates are microwavable.

 

Are the ceramics food safe?

 

Yes! All mugs, bowls, plates, and cups are food safe, and you can drink hot or cold beverages out of them.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

 

I am excited to announce that I am currently taking on a small number of select wholesale orders. Please email me for more information.

 

Customization?

 

Custom shapes and glazes can be discussed. The minimum quantity for custom orders is 12 pieces. Please email me with your desired specifications.

 

When will my order be fulfilled?

 

I aim to fulfill your order within 1-4 business days after the order is placed. For pre-orders, it takes 3-6 weeks to create and ship, depending on the quantity.

 

Which delivery service do you use?

 

I highly recommend GoSend for safe delivery and minimal packing materials. I do not use bubble wrap, making it more environmentally friendly. For out-of-town shipments, I use SiCepat, and for bulk orders, I use Tiki with wooden packing.

 

If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment, a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Soeki Living
